1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the nu9 website at nu9.app, or by registering an account on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of the nu9 platform, including registered players, visitors who browse without an account, and any person who accesses any feature, game, promotion, or content hosted on nu9.app. Use of the platform on behalf of a company, organisation, or other legal entity is not permitted — nu9 accounts are for individual, personal use only.

nu9 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The nu9 platform is strictly for use by adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. nu9 takes its obligations regarding the protection of minors seriously and applies mandatory age verification to all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal.

Age Verification

During the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, all players are required to submit valid government-issued identification confirming their date of birth. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, a valid passport, or a birth certificate accompanied by a government-issued photo ID. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an individual aged 18 or above will be permanently closed and any associated funds returned to the payment method used for deposit, subject to satisfactory verification of ownership.

Geographic Eligibility

The nu9 platform is operated and targeted specifically at players based in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited for you personally. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of nu9 is lawful in your jurisdiction. nu9 accepts no liability for any player who uses the platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted.

Disqualifying Circumstances

In addition to the age requirement, the following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account on nu9:

• Employees, contractors, consultants, or agents of nu9 or its affiliated companies, and immediate family members of such persons.
• Individuals who have previously been excluded from the nu9 platform for breach of these Terms or for responsible gaming reasons.
• Individuals who are subject to a voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion arrangement with nu9.
• Individuals acting on behalf of a third party or operating an account in any name other than their own legal name.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on nu9, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. You may hold only one account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or the same payment method, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification), date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. nu9 accepts no liability for account access issues or failed transactions resulting from outdated or inaccurate information provided by the player.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nu9 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility until you notify nu9 of any suspected unauthorised access. nu9 will never ask you to share your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

KYC Verification

nu9 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification programme consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. All players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification documents must be current, legible, and submitted in their original unedited form. nu9 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if reasonable grounds exist to verify a player's identity, age, or payment ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the nu9 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). nu9 supports a range of local payment methods designed specifically to serve players across Bangladesh, including mobile financial services and major banking channels.

Accepted Payment Methods

nu9 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. nu9 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500.
• The minimum deposit via bank transfer or card is ৳1,000.
• Deposits are generally credited to your nu9 account within 5 to 15 minutes of a successful transaction.
• nu9 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
• You may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• nu9 reserves the right to reject deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the registered account holder.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit set by nu9; however, payment providers may apply their own limits.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time to bKash and Nagad is 15 to 30 minutes following approval. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals will be rejected if any bonus wagering requirements are outstanding on the account balance.
• nu9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

nu9 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the offer terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period stated in the offer. Any unused bonus funds or incomplete wagering will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• nu9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time if it determines that the offer is being abused, exploited, or accessed by ineligible players.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Evidence of systematic bonus exploitation or professional bonus hunting will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potential account suspension.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register their first nu9 account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. Eligibility, bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, and wagering requirements are specified on the nu9 promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

6. Gameplay & Fair Use

nu9 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. All casino games available on the platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or betting market on the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or tournament formats.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing anomaly in a game or betting market. Any winnings generated as a result of an identifiable technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the nu9 platform software, game engines, or RNG systems.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity through the platform.

Game Results and Disputes

The outcome of all games is determined by the certified RNG and game server records maintained by nu9 and its game providers. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the server-side game log shall be the definitive record. Players may raise a dispute by contacting support at [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period will not be investigated.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

nu9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Duplicate account creation.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Conduct that nu9 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
• At the player's own request, including requests made under the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their nu9 account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Requests for voluntary closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding wagering requirements are associated with bonus funds.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, whether voluntary or enforced, all pending bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits are immediately forfeited. Where account closure follows a determination of fraud or material breach of these Terms, nu9 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as partial compensation for administrative and investigative costs incurred, without prejudice to any additional legal remedies available to nu9.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nu9 and its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage or system failure.

Platform Availability

nu9 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party infrastructure issues may affect platform availability. nu9 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance windows where reasonably practicable. No liability is accepted for losses arising from platform unavailability during such periods.

Third-Party Services

The nu9 platform integrates with third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and identity verification services. nu9 is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service failures of these third parties. Any dispute relating to a third-party service should be directed in the first instance to the relevant provider, with nu9 support available to assist in facilitating communications where appropriate.

Gambling Risks

Gambling involves financial risk. Players should only bet amounts they can afford to lose. nu9 provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time controls, and self-exclusion to help players manage their gambling activity. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with gambling and accept full responsibility for your own gaming decisions. nu9 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by any player.
